Bouncy Eggs
How to make a Bouncy Egg
You will need
-
A container with a lid
-
One hardboiled egg (with shell on)
-
Regular white vinegar (enough to fill container)
-
Food colouring (optional)
Method

Hard boil an egg. Do not remove the shell from the egg.

Fill a jar or Tupperware container with regular white vinegar (add food colouring if required to colour the egg).

Place the hardboiled egg in the vinegar and make sure it is completely submerged.

Place a lid on your container and leave it somewhere safe but out of the sun.

Wait for the shell to completely dissolve. This process can take between 24 and 48 hours.

Remove the egg from the vinegar once the shell is completely gone.

Peel the remaining skin.
-
Rinse in cold water.
-
Wait for the egg to dry and then ... bounce.
Tip - Change vinegar daily for a better egg.
